Documentation

MacOrb gives your agent a Mac. It starts a hosted macOS machine with Xcode and Simulator on it, runs an Amp runner there, and clones the repository you name — so “build and test this on a Mac” works from your laptop, or your phone, with the lid shut.

  • Quickstart — install the plugin, connect the CLI, run your first task, and stop the machine afterwards.
  • Pricing — the per-minute rate, the credit packs, and what counts as a billable minute.
  • Console — your Amp key, your GitHub token, what is running now, and what you have spent.
  • Security — how your credentials are stored, and what a running Mac can reach.
  • Support — how to get hold of a human.

These docs are two pages. MacOrb is in early access and the reference material is being written as the behaviour is measured rather than ahead of it — this repo’s rule is that nothing is documented until a probe has established it. A CLI reference, the session lifecycle and a troubleshooting page are the next three.
